Landmark and Angel Families
in the U.S. Supreme Court
We are very proud and humbled to announce that Landmark Legal Foundation is representing a group of Angel Families — families who have lost loved ones to crimes committed by individuals who are in the United States illegally.
The U.S. Supreme Court will review a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling approving a lower court's order blocking the Trump Administration's emergency declaration funding for border barrier construction. Landmark is supporting the President's action citing his authority to defend the nation's borders.
These Angel Families bear witness to the tragic consequences that can result from a border that is not secure, especially when so-called sanctuary states and cities obstruct federal immigration enforcement efforts.
